Every program offered by The Next Peace is highly interactive. We truly embrace the belief that "when we laugh we learn" and we utilize several different types of activities to engage every participant. We are also grounded in the belief that every person operates from unconscious bias and that the process of uncovering those biases can lead them to new awareness of the role that they play in several arenas that affect their work, affinities, and leadership styles.

We are certified to teach the “Unconscious Bias” course created by Cook-Ross, “Ouch That Stereotype Hurts,” and “Meet on Common Ground.” All of these programs offer opportunities for small group discussions, evaluation of video clips, and other interactive activities.

Conflict styles and Cross-Cultural Communication are also programs that we offer. Once people connect to the "why" of how they react under pressure they begin to explore how it impacts their work and personal lives. Our exploration of the cultural roots of conflict style and how that plays out in multicultural settings are rich and deeply moving conversations.
